Spending Spectacular Vacation In Madikeri With Friends

I have been planning a vacation and hang out with friends to some popular hill station for a long time. Hence I decided to visit the district of Coorg with them to enjoy the holidays. Travelling from Chennai there are many places to reach Coorg. However I was interested in the train travel as it is convenient and cheap way of travelling. There are many trains also available from Chennai to reach Coorg.

Train Travel from Chennai

I searched for the best trains using the IRCTC account. Finally I booked the tickets in the First Class AC of the Mangalore Express. The train is one of the best in this route and departs from the Chennai Egmore station at 22.15 pm. The train journey went very well. I enjoyed some local food and beverages of IRCTC in the train. The train coach in the first class was also clean and the seats were comfortable.

The train reached Mangalore Junction on time. I took a cab from the railway station to reach my hotel in Coorg located in the Madikeri area. Madikeri is one of the best hill stations and comes in the district of Coorg. There are many amazing hotels located in this area. I used the travel portals online for searching the best Madikeri Hotels for my stay in the city.  The best deal was being provided by the Cynosure resort and hence I booked it.

The Exotic resort is located in the middle of the hills and has aromatic coffee estates all around.  It is very strategically located also and close to the main tourist’s attractions of the city. I loved the facilities and services it was providing at the tariff it charged me for the entire duration of the stay. The hotel cum resort has everything to make the stay a pleasurable experience.

I enjoyed every minute of the stay that I had spent in Coorg. The hotel stay was equally amazing and the services it provided were the icing on the cake. The in-house restaurant and the food served by it also deserve appreciation. The café is rich in varieties of snacks and beverages from different parts of the world. In my opinion it is an ideal place for a luxurious stay in the district of Coorg for a holiday.
